We could not be happier with our new tankless hot water system! We had 9 people stay in our home and of course everyone wanted to take showers first thing in the morning - we ALL had HOT water! Plus, I then ran the dishwasher for breakfast dishes and the washing machine for all the towels. I LOVE this system! As for Heritage Plumbing, they could not have been nicer in installing and explaining it to me. They were quick and efficient and it may not mean much to some but they actually cleaned up the mess and left it looking better than it started out. Plus, they really know their business, they care about what you need and will be quick to tell you if you don't need it. I really appreciate their honesty. Thank you Heritage Plumbing. My next call to you will be replacing all the old gold/brass fixtures in our tub and shower.

I called to have a bigger hot water put in and relocated to a easier place to get to.They came out the next day and done what I asked.The men that came out were very polite and answered all the questions I had.They cleaned up when done with the job and made sure I was happy with the work I had done.I would highly recommend Heritage Plumbing for all your plumbing needs.I Will call them again if I have a issue in the future.The owner Tommy Phillips is a very kind man that makes sure your plumbing needs are taken care of and done right the first time.
With my kitchen faucet dripping when turned off, I called Heritage to schedule a home visit to replace the valve/cartridge or to install a new faucet. Tommy, from Heritage, spoke with me and instructed me over the phone on how to attempt a simple repair myself. I did as he suggested, and it worked!!! That's my kind of plumber - the kind who I will call whenever I need an honest, knowledgeable, savvy (and funny!!) expert. These guys are the best!!

I was notified by the water company of a major leak (my 3rd in 6 years) in my water line, right in the middle of the rains from hurricane Irma. Tommy the owner came right out (in the rain) and gave me my options explaining it in a way I could understand. When the weather cleared they ran a new line for me (something the other national company never suggested) so I should never have this issue again. His crew was awesome; they put everything inside and out back to normal and took extra care cleaning up. I highly recommend them. This is a company you can trust.
I had the connection at the water meter blow and became frantic trying to find a plumber to help. After calling several other plumbers and getting nothing but answering machines I called and spoke with Lindsey who said they were having a difficult day and very busy but would see if she could help. She called me back within 10 minutes and said Tommy was just finishing up a job close by and would be able to come by and help. Tommy quickly and professionally repaired the connection.
